I too love Mimi Kirk! She is an inspiration to people like myself who believe that age is just a number and does not define us. I am in my late 60's, and am quite often mistaken for a woman who is in her early 40's, which is all due to living a healthy lifestyle, eating right, exercising and having a positive mind set. Thank you for your site!

I love the part about going vegan made her soul "feel light like a weight has been lifted". That pretty much sums up veganism. Being light and free and actually living with a conscious.

I just bought this DVD and it was so informative. I need to pass it over to my parents as they are entering their 60s and still consume a lot of animal products. This movie is definatley worth watching and I feel all doctors should carry this in their practice!

Hi Keshia,

How many coffee enemas is she doing each day? I was doing five per day, and now it is four. The thing with doing so many so constantly is that you rarely feel like going to the toilet in between them. However, I have been able to - especially on castor oil day. She shouldn't be dependent on enemas to go to the toilet, but she may have to take a break from them in order to let her bowels move without them.

I hope this helps!

Hey Jess:

My mom has been doing coffee enemas regularly as apart of her healing process for cancer. She is concerned because she cant seem to have regular bow movements without the coffee enemas. Have you had this experience? Do you think she should be concerned?

Thanks
