You probably feel better now on a vegan diet because it is balancing the nasty stuff you ate before -- it&#039;s cleansing your system.  But most vegan foods are not in any sense &quot;building&quot; foods -- they&#039;re cleansing -- so within some period of time, you&#039;ll most likely find yourself needing some animal food.

And that&#039;s the truth.  :)</description>
